As a Operations Support Coordinator, you'll provide administrative and operational support to help keep daily business activities running efficiently. Working closely with different teams, you'll coordinate documentation, maintain accurate records, monitor tasks, and support service operations to ensure projects stay on track.

What you'll be working on:

Administrative and Operational Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support while monitoring reports and following up on outstanding tasks.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documentation.
• Maintain accurate files, records, and business databases.
  
  
  

• Coordinate with internal teams through email and other communication channels.
• Assist with meeting schedules, travel arrangements, shipments, and deliveries.
• Support employee and customer onboarding, recruitment administration, and compliance documentation.
  
  
  

• Coordinate office supplies and general office activities.
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day business needs.
  
  
  

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using Simpro, Xero, or similar business/job management systems is required.
• Internship or work exposure in a trade, construction, or service-based environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative approach to supporting different teams.
