About The Role

As an Onsite Lead you will serve as Cooees primary culture carrier and operational leader in Iloilo. This role is responsible for deepening Cooees culture, strengthening relationships with stakeholders locally and overseas, and ensuring smooth office operations including workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a people-first leader with strong operational discipline and a passion for building meaningful, trust-based partnerships.

What youll be working on:

• Serve as the culture champion of Cooee in Iloilo, ensuring alignment with Cooees values and shared vision.
• Permeate and deepen Cooees culture across teams and day-to-day operations.
• Support Iloilo Cooeemates in building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders both locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders including schools and community organizations in Iloilo City.
• Oversee overall office management including facilities coordination and day-to-day operations.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right capacity, capability, and structure to support business growth.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members, fostering a growth mindset and adaptability.
• Act as the primary onsite escalation point and ensure operational excellence across functions.
  
  
  

• 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and office or operations oversight.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both local and overseas stakeholders.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, or operations management is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrates growth mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
