As a Non-Wealth Product Manager, you will beresponsible for the development and launch of value propositions and customer acquisition campaigns in coordination with the various product and channel teams. The position will set the strategy and provide direction, leadership, and budgetary management for the segment they own.
How Youll Contribute
Defines the overall (but detailed) customer acquisition strategy – development of customer acquisition campaigns to drive New-To-Segment and New-To-Bank customer acquisition and market penetration.
Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored banking products and services for the customers/segment.
Run projects and initiatives based on the strategic priorities of the segment.
What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics
At least 5-10 years of experience relevant to the role
Background in Banking and Financial/ FinTech, Analytics, Project Management, Strategy and Governance is a plus
Ability to quickly understand the business context from multiple lenses – macro/microeconomic
Ability to formulate and lead strategic initiatives based on blended understanding of customer needs and business context
Able to communicate strategies with stakeholders and maintain relationships with various teams and business units.
Strong organizational skills to effectively direct tasks, manage priorities, and navigate through timing/budget constraints of the projects
