Oversee and manage the Hospicare Team across multiple regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Gastro and Anesthesia doctors.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team to ensure high performance.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Should Have

A strong background in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record in Anesthesia and Hospital Care products.
Proven experience in leading teams of medical representatives and achieving sales targets.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Tenacity in field sales and shows a strong commitment to official business travel.
