Job Description
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets across the HCP channel
Translate market insights into actionable commercial plans across national, regional, and territory levels
Lead implementation of engagement and promotional initiatives targeting key healthcare stakeholders and institutions
Guide, coach, and develop district and territory managers to consistently deliver strong performance
Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
Strengthen team capability through coaching in consultative selling, product knowledge, and scientific engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions
Partner with Marketing and Medical teams to align on engagement strategies, congress activities, and brand initiatives
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify risks and growth opportunities
Drive execution excellence through effective forecasting, CRM utilisation, resource optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration
The Successful Applicant
A Successful National Sales Manager (Clinic Chain) Should Have
More than 15 years of progressive sales experience within pharmaceuticals, dermatology, or the wider healthcare industry
Strong track record in HCP engagement, ethical selling practices, and driving prescription-based business growth
Proven experience leading multi-regional field teams with a focus on performance and execution excellence
Demonstrated success in shaping and delivering national sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives
Strong understanding of dermatology/pharma market dynamics, including HCP decision-making and engagement models
Solid grounding in sales force effectiveness, field execution, and structured performance management
Experience working closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners
Good understanding of compliance standards, regulatory frameworks, and ethical promotion requirements
Familiarity with omnichannel or digitally enabled sales approaches would be an advantage
