Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of MIS Officer.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of housing loan data and reports to aid business decision-making. Your role ensures accuracy of loan-related MIS reports, compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides timely insights to management for monitoring sales, credit quality, and portfolio performance

What The Role Will Entail

• Prepare, validate, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Housing Loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support housing loan business performance monitoring by tracking loan pipelines, bookings, portfolio trends, and delinquency levels.
• Manage data consolidation and system support, integrating information from branches, credit, and operations while improving data quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements, including accurate and timely submissions to internal stakeholders and the BSP.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support process improvements, including report automation and MIS enhancements to drive efficiency.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree holder from a 4 or 5 year course.
• At least 3 years of experience in MIS, Sales Support, or a related field.
• Detail oriented and analytical, with the ability to ensure high accuracy, maintain data integrity, and identify trends, anomalies, and meaningful insights from reports.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution driven, able to anticipate reporting needs, adjust to new systems or requirements, and resolve data issues efficiently.
• An effective time manager and problem solver, capable of handling multiple deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborative, communicative, and principled, able to work well across teams, clearly present to stakeholders, and maintain strict adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.
