MEDICAL DOCTOR

Doctor (Licensed Physician)

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

Shift: Night Shift | Follows US Holidays | Weekends Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Physician to lead and oversee Medical & Clinical Operations functions. This role is responsible for managing clinical operations, providing medical guidance to staff, ensuring effective care coordination, and driving operational excellence across multiple healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple Medical & Clinical Operations functions and programs.
• Provide leadership and accountability for the performance of managers and senior-level professional staff.
• Leverage clinical expertise to guide staff on disease states, health conditions, and medical management processes.
• Assist teams in navigating medical management systems and provide support in identifying resources and resolving clinical inquiries.
• Oversee and review care coordination activities, including chronic condition management, utilization management, and case management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidelines for medical and clinical programs.
• Review and approve policy and process changes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business directives.
  
  
  

• Active PRC Physician License.
• Completed Residency Training and Board Certification (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
• Strong clinical background with the ability to provide medical guidance and operational leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive outcomes.
• Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work full-time night shift.
  
  
  

• Must reside within 50 kilometers of the Makati office.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with onsite reporting at least 2–3 days per week.
• Must have a stable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
