Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute medical and scientific strategy for ethical pharmaceutical products.
Oversee medical governance and ensure compliance with scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Provide clinical and therapeutic expertise to cross‑functional teams, including regulatory, commercial, and R&D.
Manage medical and safety monitoring for clinical trials and post‑marketing programs.
Review and approve scientific content, promotional materials, and regulatory submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical associations, KOLs, and regulatory authorities.
Support capability‑building and training for field medical and cross‑functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a valid license.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or related specialty preferred.
5-10 years experience in medical affairs or clinical development within pharmaceuticals.
Strong foundation in regulatory requirements for ethical products.
Proven experience in medical governance, evidence generation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
