Job Description
- Operate cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Measure and mark materials accurately for cutting.
- Inspect cut materials for quality and consistency.
- Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in garment cutting and design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in pattern design, womens dress design, and overall dress design techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Cut fabric according to patterns, collaborate with designers, and ensure quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a workshop or manufacturing environment, may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
