Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead HOPE’s marketing efforts, strengthening brand impact, public relations, and digital presence. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with strong experience in brand management, PR, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with HOPE’s mission and growth goals
• Lead brand management, public relations, and media engagement
• Drive digital and social media strategy across key platforms
• Support sales and partnerships through marketing tools and insights
• Plan and execute brand, advocacy, and community events
• Manage and mentor the marketing team and external partners
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, and digital marketing
• Strong background in brand management, PR, and social media
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Experience managing agencies and executing multi-channel campaigns
