About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Marketing Generalist to support the execution of our marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on marketing experience who can confidently manage day-to-day marketing activities, take direction, contribute creative ideas, and consistently follow projects through to completion.

The ideal candidate has experience with email marketing, social media management, content creation, basic graphic design, event marketing, and marketing project coordination. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, aligning daily execution with high-level business goals, and using technology to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

What You Will Do

• Leadership Extension & Project Management: Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director in translating high-level growth strategy into clear campaign workflows. Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining marketing calendars, deadlines, and project deliverables across the team.
• Campaigns & Multi-Channel Execution: Coordinate multi-channel rollouts, product launches, and promotions. Support and co-manage email marketing campaigns, social media channels, and content creation, utilizing basic graphic design skills to produce agile promotional collateral.
• Event & Field Marketing Support: Represent CloudConsole on-ground at trade shows, industry conferences, and growth/networking events to engage prospects and drive lead/revenue generation. Support event marketing initiatives for educational luncheons, classes, client events, and community events by:
• Developing promotional campaigns
• Creating invitations, marketing materials, and event prep copy
• Managing event communications and follow-ups
• Tracking RSVPs and supporting event coordination
• Cross-Team Coordination & Content: Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the Multimedia Designer, Paid Ads Specialist, and SEO Specialist to keep collateral, landing pages, and content schedules on track. Draft high-impact collateral, email campaigns, and promotional messaging aligned with CloudConsole's solution offerings.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance, pull basic reports (GA4, CRM, email metrics), and spot trends to optimize continuous campaign execution.
  
  

• Strategic Alignment: Ability to connect daily execution tasks to high-level commercial objectives.
• Project Management: Ability to spin multiple plates and hit deadlines independently without losing attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Quick to pivot when priorities or market conditions shift.
• T-Shaped Awareness: Solid working knowledge across SEO, paid ads, email, social, and content streams.
  
  

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of well-rounded, hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand representation, or campaign coordination.
• Skill Set: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for on-ground networking, clear commercial writing, and proficiency in email platforms, social management tools, design software (Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud), and project management systems.
• Tech Literacy & Bonus: Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Prior exposure to B2B IT consulting, cloud infrastructure, or tech events is a major plus, but deep technical execution is not required.
