We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our travel products and services. The Marketing Associate will help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive bookings through digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, understands current marketing trends, and enjoys creating engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Management
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for tour packages, destinations, travel promotions, and seasonal offers.
Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and available travel products.
Digital Marketing
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
Create compelling content for social media, website, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
Support email marketing campaigns to promote travel deals, events, and customer loyalty programs.
Monitor digital campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Brand & Content Development
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
Write engaging copy highlighting destinations, travel experiences, and special promotions.
Coordinate photo and video content for marketing campaigns.
Market Research
Conduct research on travel trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging destinations.
Gather customer feedback and marketing insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Events & Partnerships
Assist in organizing travel fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with tourism boards, airlines, hotels, resorts, influencers, and business partners for joint marketing initiatives.
Support partnership marketing campaigns to expand brand visibility.
Reporting & Administration
Track campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
Maintain marketing databases, digital assets, and promotional inventories.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
13 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
Passion for travel and tourism is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent content writing and storytelling abilities.
Social media management and content planning.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
