Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring that all budgets, quotas, and business objectives within the assigned territory are met or exceeded through the effective implementation of approved sales strategies, plans, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, budgets, and business objectives within the assigned area.
  • Implement and monitor approved sales and marketing programs to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee and ensure the efficiency, productivity, and performance of all Business Center Loans Heads, Marketing Associates, and other assigned sales units.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality customer service. Conduct regular area visits, performance reviews, and market assessments to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of solid experience in APD Lending or related business (an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong sales drive with excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Preferably able to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
