The Marketing & Multimedia Specialist is responsible for developing compelling visual and written content that supports the organization's branding, marketing, and business development initiatives. This role combines creative design, content creation, and digital marketing to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will produce high-quality marketing collateral, contribute to campaign planning and execution, create engaging copy for various marketing channels, and support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone who has both a strong creative eye and a solid understanding of modern marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality marketing and branding materials for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, banners, advertisements, and sales collateral.
Produce premium marketing materials that reflect a polished, corporate brand identity suitable for executive and B2B audiences.
Develop engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
Write compelling marketing copy for social media, website content, brochures, email campaigns, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Assist in managing digital marketing initiatives, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, SEO-related activities, and other online marketing efforts.
Design and optimize creative assets for digital advertising to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
Support website updates, landing page content, and other online marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective creative and marketing solutions.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing communications.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in multimedia design, creative marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality branding, marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Excellent visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills.
Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Canva
CapCut or similar video editing software
Figma
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of:
Meta Business Suite
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics (preferred)
Basic SEO principles
WordPress or similar CMS
Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
AI-powered creative tools
Preferred Experience
Creating premium marketing and branding materials for corporate or professional brands.
Supporting B2B marketing campaigns.
Developing marketing content for digital and print channels.
Managing social media content calendars and campaign assets.
Collaborating with marketing, sales, and business development teams.
