Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing and Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives, drive business growth, and enhance market competitiveness. The role requires a highly organized marketing professional with extensive FMCG experience and strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Own and manage brand P&L and portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to implement programs that drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement activities.
• Monitor market performance and competitor activities.
• Evaluate business opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience handling FMCG brands.
• Experience in food, beverage, snack, or consumer goods categories is highly preferred.
• Strong background in brand strategy, marketing execution, and P&L management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
