• Lead end-to-end Source to Pay policies and processes, identifying business challenges and defining policy gaps.
• Process Optimization:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process performance to ensure efficient operations and deliver desired outcomes.
• Digitalization:
• Identify opportunities for digitalization to address key business challenges within the Source to Pay value chain to contribute to Maxicares digitalization strategy and roadmap.
• Business Process:
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement Source to Pay policy and process improvements to achieve strategic objectives.
• Change Management:
• Define future state processes and methods through collaboration with Innovation, Tech and other Maxi Teams.
• Lead efforts to drive adoption of new policies and processes across procurement and business stakeholders.
