Your ‘Why’ — Purpose of the Role

As Manager Order to Cash, you will lead O2C operations for Asian markets (100+ employees), partnering with markets across to two regions to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end O2C process.

You will champion standardization, drive efficiency, and elevate the customer experience while shaping the future of PMI’s O2C capability as part of our global Finance Transformation.

What You’ll Do

Lead Operations & Performance

• Oversee day‑to‑day O2C operations, ensuring robust processes, service quality, and adherence to global standards.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs; take corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and maintain a cost-efficient O2C organization.
  
  

Drive Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Lead key regional initiatives and improvement projects using an end-to-end O2C lens.
• Collaborate with markets to roll out pilots, scale best practices, and support future O2C IBS scope.
• Support planning cycles (OB/RF/LRP) and ensure timely delivery of business insights.
  
  

Strengthen O2C Governance & Expertise

• Build governance around Credit-to-Cash (C2C), serving as the process owner and knowledge holder.
• Ensure documentation, handbooks, and procedures are updated, available, and applied consistently.
  
  

Partner & Collaborate

• Serve as a strategic bridge between Commercial, Finance, AFF, and GBS teams.
• Partner closely with market stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment.
  
  

Lead & Develop People

• Inspire, lead, and coach a team of Supervisors and Managers (up to 10) and O2C professionals.
• Build capabilities, create growth pathways, and foster a culture of performance and collaboration.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• University degree (postgraduate a plus).
• 5–9 years in Finance, preferably in Order to Cash; exposure to Supply Chain or Commercial is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP 4 Hana and digital O2C tools is desirable.
• A proactive, solutions‑driven leader comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
