Manager-Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all site clusters consistently follow approved facilities standards, guidelines, and work procedures
• Define equipment and asset standards across sites and review all technical recommendations prior to implementation
• Monitor preventive maintenance (PM) compliance, recurring issues, and overall maintenance performance across all clusters
• Manage vendor performance to ensure service quality, safety compliance, and adherence to contractual requirements
• Lead facility audits, monitor corrective actions, and ensure full compliance across all assigned sites
• Supervise, coach, and support Facility Engineers in managing day-to-day site operations
• Resolve escalated, high-impact, and recurring facility issues in a timely and effective manner
• Plan, manage, and control Facilities OPEX and CAPEX budgets
• Review, consolidate, and analyze reports from Facility Engineers to identify trends, risks, and required action plans
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
  
  

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Must be a Licensed Engineer (required for government processing of business permits and related regulatory documents)
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management
• Experience handling multiple sites or clusters is required
  
  

• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEPF)
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management
• Basic contractor and vendor coordination skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
