Key Accountabilities

• Ensures the delivery of exceptional service, providing friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive assistance in all interactions with guests and internal customers.
• Handles or escalates guest and internal concerns, complaints, and inquiries to the appropriate supervisor or manager in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Understands and consistently follows standard operating procedures, including pre-service and post-service requirements.
• Maintains a clear understanding of service offerings, including processes, standards, and proper execution.
• Consistently seeks to exceed expectations by delivering service aligned with organizational service principles, proactively anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  
  

• College graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Open to local candidates who are legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
• Completed a hotel internship or relevant hospitality training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledgeable in hotel service standards, policies, and procedures.
