About this Position As a License Management Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening how the organization governs and oversees user‑related, browser‑based software (SaaS). This position exists to bring greater transparency, structure, and reliability to our application landscape—helping ensure software is used responsibly, compliantly, and cost‑effectively You will be part of a collaborative License Management team that works closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders across the organization. The team focuses on enabling and orchestrating processes rather than owning applications themselves, creating an environment where partnership, clear communication, and shared accountability are essential. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in license and application governance, gain exposure to enterprise tools and reporting (such as EAM and Zscaler), and contribute meaningfully to an organization‑wide operating model through analysis, communication, and training—while developing practical experience in a growing and increasingly important discipline.
What you´ll do
Support the governance of user‑based, browser‑accessible software (SaaS) to ensure transparent, compliant, and cost‑efficient usage across the organization
Help identify and close gaps in user‑related software with browser access and dedicated contracts that currently lack clear ownership
Assist in cleaning up and maintaining accurate Enterprise Application Management (EAM) records to improve data quality and visibility
Ensure applications have clear ownership, proper documentation, and lifecycle information, while supporting—not taking over—product or license ownership responsibilities
Analyze EAM and Zscaler reports to support license tracking, usage transparency, and informed decision‑making
Contribute to communication, training, and the operating model related to license management processes
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree in Business Intelligence/ Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related courses
Minimum of three (3) years of IT-related experience (e.g. IT Controlling, Software Asset Management, IT Process Management); Preferably with experience working with stakeholders from other regions
Knowledge with managing or supporting SaaS / browser‑based applications; Ability to work with software inventories, catalog information, and application data in a structured and analytical way
Excellent command of spoken and written English, organized and analytical, adept at working in a collaborative team environment; Ability to translate processes and requirements into simple, accessible guidance for non‑experts
Able to implement on-time and to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment (specific to Project Management); Comfort facilitating alignment across different stakeholder groups (IT, security, architecture, procurement, or application owners)
Must have mindset focused on structure, clarity, and maintaining a high standard of quality in documentation and reporting
Amenable to report on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and hybrid set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
