Lease Admin Team Leader

Primary Function

Lead and mentor a team of Lease Administrators and manage the workload for the assigned region ensuring regional process adherence and keeping data at the highest quality under our lease management database.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned region’s portfolio data and documentation.
  • Supervise the team’s daily activities; aid the team in identifying activities to prioritize; and address any issues concerning quality.
  • Performs final reviews and acceptance from third-party service provider abstraction work product for more difficult and complex transactions
  • Responsible for generation, sorting, and sending out of reports to Network Development Team for the region being handled
  • Be the main point of contact between IWG and the third-party service provider for items concerning the region handled
  • Responsible for managing the team’s workload
  • Performs quality checks and ensures abstraction and system data quality
  • Be the region’s primary point of contact for queries, issue resolution, and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Provides updates to Country Manager rent check queries
  • Provide training and guidance to direct reports
  • Be the SME for the regions process nuances and database update processes and guidelines
  • Develop close working relationship with country stakeholders and points of contact.
  • Responsible to provide feedback information during audit season to external auditor queries.
  • Ensure all processes are adhered to by the team.
  • Hold regular team and individual 1 to 1s with the team and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Willing to work extended hours if needed
  • Build a cooperative and collaborative culture with the team
  • Understand, meet, or exceed KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in managing operational teams in a Global Lease Admin setting. Senior
  • Analysts with leadership potential may be considered.
  • Global Lease Admin Database Management experience is a must
  • Experience with Global Lease Admin tools and databases is a must (i.e. Sequentra, Costar, ManagePath, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
  • Open minded and willing to learn new concepts.
  • Willing to work from 10 to 7 PM (Hybrid)
  • Willing to work in BGC
