The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building a high-performing organization by designing and delivering impactful learning programs. This role partners closely with department leads to assess capability gaps, design development plans, and support employee growth through structured training, career pathing, and skills development.   • n:Plan, design, and implement training programs to support employee development across all levels of the organizatio
  • n.Conduct learning needs assessments and collaborate with department leads to align training programs with business goal
  • s.Develop, maintain, and update career pathing frameworks and skills matrices to guide talent progression and upskillin
  • g.Monitor training effectiveness though feedback, metrics, and performance outcome
  • s.Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and create development plans that support growth and retentio
  • n.Curate and recommend learning content, platforms, and tools that meet organizational learning need
  • s.Support the implementation of internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and upskilling workshop
  • s.Promote a learning culture across the organization by driving participation and engagement in development program

Qualificatio

  • ns:Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or a related fi
  • eldMinimum 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or talent developm
  • entStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design meth
