About The Role

The Lead Sales Engineering Specialist supports the sales team by providing technical guidance and ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer needs. This role also contributes to product development feedback and customer onboarding.

This job profile is intended for experienced professionals who apply practical knowledge of a job area and work independently with general supervision.

• To plan and undertake regular customer visits, maximising enquiry generation and driving order intake to deliver the growth plan.
• Prepare, submit and follow up all enquiries to customers in a timely and professionally manner.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Act as the primary contact for all product lines
• Ability to evaluate market environment in terms of products, pricing, distribution network, and to develop new strategies and action plains in the target markets.
• To take responsibility for their contribution to the RFC for Order Intake for the customers/allocated territory that he/she is responsible for.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service projects meet Sulzer’s quality standards.

Qualifications/Experience And Knowledge Required

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or engineering services, preferably in rotating equipment.
• Strong networking in energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, power plant industries, or general industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment.
