Lead Quotation Engineer

Provide technical leadership and direction for projects in the quotation phase. In charge to deliver the required quotation services within the given time and required quality, while ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.

This is where youll excel

• Technical and commercial responsibility for quotations
• To elaborate technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements in alignment with the sales manager
• Supports and advises Quotation Engineers in all technical belongings whilst ensuring that the proposals will meet the customers expectation
• Manage the allocated scope of work to achieve the quotation goals and objectives
• Development of the technical concept in collaboration with sales, technology, engineering and commercial services
• Preparation of layouts, project schedules and DOW (Division of Work) document
• Support on handling new business segments
• Worldwide professional support to responsible persons of quotation in our sub companies
• Train and coach Team Members inside and across in his field of specialization
• Set up and grow a team while establishing foundational processes
  
  

These are the skills youll need

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in quotation engineering, project engineering, or a related technical-commercial role
• At least 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity, demonstrating leadership in technical proposals, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.
• Proven commercial knowledge relevant to quotation and project costing
• Strong background in technical concept development, layout preparation, and stakeholder communication
• Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills prioritization of tasks in a project-driven environment.
• Advanced in CAD (AutoCAD 3-D)
• Proficiency in English language
