Job Description

Draft and reviews contracts (e.g. Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, Easement Agreements).
Review due diligence requirements and ensure that land legal-related documents are proper and complete.
Assists various departments in troubleshooting legal issues and recommends the best possible course of action with prevailing laws and jurisprudence as the basis thereof.
Communicate with internal and external parties in the contract to properly explain the rights and obligations imposed by such legal instruments.
Liaises with government agencies to ensure compliance with all the rules and regulations promulgated by such entities.
Studies relevant laws and ordinances and recommend possible actionable items to the team and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all activities within the company.
Graduate of Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor;
Passed the Philippine Bar Examinations and a licensed attorney.
FRESH BAR EXAM PASSERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
Preferably with experience in contracts and real estate.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and knows how to adjust in complex situations.
