Position Summary

Entry-level position responsible for building and configuring automated legal workflows & document templates using established platforms to support legal and corporate services processes. This role combines technical configuration work with collaborative process design, requiring both technical aptitude and strong communication skills.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position with possibility of extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Collaborate with legal teams to define workflows and configure templates using dedicated automation platforms
• Input and validate legal process information for various jurisdictions
• Follow standard operating procedures to build accurate workflow processes
• Maintain documentation of configured workflows
• Support quality assurance of automated processes
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Library and Information Science, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Interest in technology & automation
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Basic understanding of document management systems
  
  

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year experience in an international company
• Experience with workflow automation tools
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Familiarity with quality management processes
• Basic understanding of corporate governance processes
• Experience with PDF software and statistical tools
• Exposure to legal or corporate services environment
