  • College graduate with 4-5 years of Sales Account Management experience in Modern Trade.
  • Strong communication skills—capable of delivering compelling internal and external presentations and fostering productive partnerships.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Vacancy Description

  • Lead overall planning and execution of account programs aligned with FrieslandCampinas business strategy and customer priorities.
  • Conduct rigorous business reviews and develop forward-looking plans to drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer & Channel Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver integrated business plans.
  • Ensure excellent in‑store execution by leading and developing a team of field supervisors and merchandisers.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key accounts through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Drive operational efficiency and monitor performance through structured cadences and data-driven evaluation.
