Vacancy Description
Lead overall planning and execution of account programs aligned with FrieslandCampinas business strategy and customer priorities.
Conduct rigorous business reviews and develop forward-looking plans to drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate closely with Customer & Channel Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver integrated business plans.
Ensure excellent in‑store execution by leading and developing a team of field supervisors and merchandisers.
Strengthen partnerships with key accounts through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
Drive operational efficiency and monitor performance through structured cadences and data-driven evaluation.
