Job Description

Responsible for delivering sales growth, executing joint business plans, and managing strong relationships with key retail chains.

  • To handle directly served customers
  • Implement annual Account Development Plans / JBPs and achieve sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key retailers.
  • Coordinate and execute sales and promotional activities with distributors or retail partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor merchandising and promotional execution.
  • Gather market insights and competitor information for planning and improvements.
