Key Account Lead Retail - Makati City

Arla Foods Corporation is looking for a Key Account Lead who will be responsible for driving sales growth, execution excellence, and strategic partnership across assigned retail key accounts. This role acts as the primary interface between the company and retail customers, ensuring achievement of sales targets, optimal product availability, promotional execution, and superior in-store visibility. How You Will Make An Impact

You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a strong team player requires a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization.

• You serve as Arla's lead in engaging with the modern trade stakeholders regarding the negotiation and implementation of all Arla product initiatives. These initiatives include distribution, displays, promotions and other brand-building activities for both product categories.
• You grow and maintain a long-term partnership with our customers by proactively proposing solutions and plans that will meet their objectives.
• You facilitate coordination within relevant internal interfaces that are in contact with the customers and consequently ensuring a positive customer experience for both distributor and key accounts.
• You drive the delivery of volume and leadership in-store presence, and must have personal motivation and ability to execute the entire sales and in-trade marketing initiatives with the assigned key account.
• You analyze data pertaining to assigned customers and products including offtake, customer category share, competitors
• You oversee the allocation and spending of budget in the most cost-efficient way and highest return on investment.
  
  

The Key Account Lead will be part of the Retail team and will report directly to the National Key Accounts Team Manager.

What Will Make You Successful

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in key account management in top supermarkets and/or experience in trade marketing as well as relevant experience in Joint Business Planning and Business Review
• You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
• You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
