We are now looking for a Junior SEO Coordinator to join this high-energy, growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager Strategy, Trade & Growth Manager as part of the Marketing team, you will be the driving force behind the brands organic search visibility.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the SEO Backlog: Delivering weekly updates to Shopify collections, including metadata, headings, and intro copy based on strategic briefs.
  • Content Publishing: Managing the end-to-end publication and optimization of blog content, ensuring high standards for alt text, product modules, and internal linking.
  • Technical Hygiene: Performing scheduled checks for 404s, broken links, and redirect chains to maintain a healthy site structure.
  • Internal Linking: Implementing and QAing site-wide linking plans to improve customer pathways and search engine crawlability.
  • Reporting & Insights: Monitoring organic performance using Google Search Console and GA4 to provide weekly status updates on progress and blockers.


What You’ll Bring

  • Foundational SEO Knowledge: A solid grasp of on-page SEO basics, including title tags, meta descriptions, and indexation fundamentals.
  • eCommerce Experience: 0–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or web publishing, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the Shopify CMS.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with Google Search Console (GSC) and GA4 for basic performance checks.
  • Precision and Reliability: Exceptional attention to detail and a "delivery-focused" mindset to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to clearly flag risks or blockers early while working in a remote, structured environment.


Bonus Points For:

  • SEO Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Content Skills: Strong writing or editing skills for short-form web copy.
  • Technical Savvy: Awareness of canonical tags, redirect chains, and basic crawl hygiene.
  • Platform Diversity: Previous experience managing Google Business Profiles or YouTube SEO.
