As they continue to expand their operations, they are looking for a proactive Junior Food Service Sales Support & Procurement to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing


Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager as part of the Food Service and Procurement team, you’ll contribute to seamless order fulfillment and supply chain efficiency. Your time will be split between supporting sales (70%) and assisting with procurement (30%).


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers regarding orders and responding to inquiries via managed email inboxes.
  • Order Processing: Checking and processing orders accurately within the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Sales Support: Proactively upselling to customers and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Procurement Assistance: Raising purchase orders and sourcing goods and services in line with company requirements.
  • Supplier Liaison: Coordinating with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Supporting inventory planning and maintaining accurate records of supplier pricing agreements.


What You’ll Bring


  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales support role with a background in administration.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in operating systems and solid computer literacy.
  • Detail Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on data entry accuracy.
  • Attitude: A proactive approach, high work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Bonus Points For:


  • Previous experience in Purchasing or Procurement administration.
  • Experience working within the food service or wholesale distribution industry.
  • Ability to identify issues and propose practical, efficient solutions.
