Job Title: Junior Cloud Security Engineer

Job Description

• Support and improve security across AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for threats, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities
• Assist in deploying and managing security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and monitoring systems
• Help implement secure access controls, role-based permissions (RBAC), and encryption standards
• Respond to alerts and security events, helping mitigate risks quickly
• Maintain incident response documentation and cloud security diagrams
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and security teams to align security strategies
• Recommend improvements to strengthen the organizations cloud security posture
  
  
  

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Identity & Access Management: IAM, Azure AD
• Monitoring & Security Tools: CloudTrail, Security Center, IDS/Firewalls
• Automation & Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Security Concepts: Least privilege, encryption, vulnerability remediation
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• At least 3 years experience in cloud infrastructure or security operations
• Familiarity with cloud-native security tools and best practices
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to continuously learn and grow in cloud security
