Junior Business Analyst Specialist

Education

Graduate of an IT course such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in business and solutions analysis, with competencies in business analysis planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation, analysis and design definition, requirements lifecycle management, and solution analysis and assessment. Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, organization, and time management skills are also required.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze IT requirements within business processes through requirements elicitation, solution identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across IT teams.
• Develop documentation for IT applications, system specifications, and test plans according to established standards and methodologies.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements through interviews, intelligence analysis, and survey assessments.
• Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into workable system requirements and communicate these requirements to technology experts and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and platform owners to assess and deliver project requirements while performing risk analysis.
• Plan and monitor business analysis activities for complex projects, including the business analysis approach, stakeholder analysis, and workplan.
