Job Summary

Responsible for driving the acquisition, relationship management, and growth of Japanese individual and corporate client, with a strong focus on expanding the Hexagon Club portfolio.
Ensures delivery of tailored banking solutions aligned with the needs of the Japanese segment while contributing to overall branch performance and long-term business sustainability.

How will you contribute?

Proactively acquire and onboard affluent Japanese individual and corporate clients into our flagship Hexagon Club.
Manage and scale client portfolios by deeply understanding their financial needs, business goals, and cultural nuances.
Monitor competitive trends within the Japanese market segment in the Philippines to develop localized sales strategies.

What will make you successful?

Bachelor’s degree in any Business course.
Japanese national or Filipino with strong business-level proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese.
At least 2 years of active sales experience in relationship management, preferably handling Japanese accounts.
Strong grasp of the sales process, credit evaluation, and banking policies.
