Purpose of the Job:

• Perform the Test & Commissioning of ETCS Level 1 and Level 2 Signalling system and its integration with other systems.
• Perform the commissioning of Interlocking, SMOC and Wayside E quipment specializing in Track Circuits, Point Machine, Signals, Level Crossing, Emergency Stop Plungers and PSD Interfaces
• Support the commissioning of Radio Block Centres, Cobalt, Automatic Train Supervision and Backbone Transmission Network.
  
  

Organisational Reporting:

Direct reporting: Project T&C Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Test and Commissioning of Signalling system and its integration with other systems for NSCR-EX Project.
• Prepare a day-to-day activity plan for ATC Team.
• Perform the internal base line T&C delivery from Design.
• Perform the software baseline test and upgrade at site.
• Update / prepare the T&C Procedures as and when required.
• Customer Management Onsite for T&C Activity.
• Preparation and revision of T&C reports.
• Uploading the test reports in AEC with due time.
• Replying on GCR comments on test report in due time.
• Prepare and send daily T&C report for all the T&C related activities via email.
• Regular update of test progress tracker.
• Lead for as-built of project.
• Input and reviews in order to maintain high quality of application design team from engineering.
• Lead the calibration process and T&C tools and material requirements.
• Lead 4Ms for T&C and Installation Handovers.
• Renewing T&C Application for Work Clearance (AFWC) every month within due time.
