Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Team Leader to oversee consulting projects related to cybersecurity, information security, and technology governance. The successful candidate will lead project teams while ensuring high-quality client service and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams assigned to technology consulting engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and walkthrough sessions with clients.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting or IT assurance.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  
  
  

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
• ISO 22301
• CompTIA Security+
• Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
• CPA
