About The Position

Were seeking an exceptional Senior Network Engineer to join Citcos global IT infrastructure team. This role demands a versatile technical expert who will architect, implement, and support our worldwide network infrastructure, combining traditional networking expertise with modern cloud technologies. As a Senior Network Engineer, youll be instrumental in maintaining and evolving Citcos global network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across our worldwide operations.

Core Responsibilities

Network Operations & Management

• Lead Tier 2 technical support for global network infrastructure
• Maintain and optimize WAN/LAN infrastructure across data centers and remote offices
• Execute network maintenance, including critical updates and security patches
• Implement and manage SDWAN solutions
• Support external client connectivity requirements
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Drive network architecture decisions and improvements
• Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure initiatives
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting across technology domains
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and security policies
  
  

Operational Support

• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week duration/8-10 weeks intervals)
• Adapt to flexible working hours when required
• Travel for critical infrastructure projects (several times annually)
