General Description:

The role requires a deep understanding of IT roles, strong candidate management skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of job requisitions across different sectors. Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, working closely with the immediate supervisor to align and understand the hiring needs of clients, and identifying the right candidates for various technical roles. This role requires a results-oriented, client-focused recruiter who can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement for a range of IT positions.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals) to build a pipeline of qualified IT candidates. Engage passive candidates through headhunting techniques.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit with client companies.

Relationship Building and Candidate Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and repeat business. Also, ensure effective candidate management and positive customer/candidate experience.

Negotiation & Offer Management: Assist salary negotiations, compensation details reports, and offer extensions if needed, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.

Market Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving skill requirements within IT sectors. Provide market study and insights on talent recruitment to immediate supervisor to help refine their recruitment strategies for the client.

Reporting and Presentations: Maintain companys ATS and provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment metrics and KPIs not limited to candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, progress reports or Status Reports, dashboard, PowerPoint presentations if, applicable, and other necessary reports including market study.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual placement and revenue targets. And make sure daily or weekly endorsement deliverables are met.

Key Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of technical recruitment experience in a recruitment firm setting, with a proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software development, IT Infra, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI, and data science).

Sourcing Expertise: Experience with a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach. With the ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.

Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in candidate and client negotiations, with a focus on closing placements while maintaining long-term relationships.

Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions for different clients simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.

CRM/ATS Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

Target-Driven: Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

Work Setup: Must be amenable to working on a full-onsite setup, 8:00am-5:00pm shift, in Makati.
