Job Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to real-time payments, POS integrations, fund transfers, ATM services, and API integrations.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, allocate resources, and address challenges.
Ensure successful integration with payment systems, banking platforms, and third-party gateways through APIs.
Conduct regular risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance across all projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing status updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future project delivery processes.

The Successful Applicant

At least 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proven expertise in managing projects involving API integrations, real-time payment systems, POS gateways, fund transfers, and ATM services.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and align stakeholder priorities.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations within the financial services industry.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner are highly desirable.
Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Flexibility for occasional travel to client sites as needed.
