About The Role
We have partnered with a telecom systems, infrastructure, and network provider on a mission to develop innovative systems and software that make the impossible possible. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer support, assisting users with technical issues, collaborating with the development team to resolve system bugs, and testing new features before release to ensure they meet customer needs.
