Join Yinshan Lending Inc. as an Invoice Assistant

Support our dynamic Finance team in this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for processing and managing invoices to ensure timely and accurate billing and payments.

What Youll Be Doing

• Take over the work from Roan
• Issue manual invoices and finance data summaries
• Coordinate with HashMicro to learn how to issue e-invoices
• Lead a part-time team to accomplish manual invoice issuing for fiscal year 2025 before April 25, 2026
• Evaluate the part-time teams work and implement necessary reschedules or substitutions
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Strong administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• At least 1 year experience in an administrative or finance support role
