Description

We are seeking an experienced Invoicer to join our team at S&L Fine Foods logistics operations in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Invoicer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate invoicing of our products to our customers. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading food manufacturer and distributor in the Philippines.

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of all invoices and payments
• Resolve any invoicing discrepancies or customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required
• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an invoicing preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
