Job Description

Identify and evaluate renewable energy investment opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models for project and corporate investments
Conduct valuation analyses and prepare investment memoranda
Lead due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments
Negotiate commercial and financial terms with stakeholders
Monitor portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
Structure and secure project financing through equity and debt
Build relationships with investors, lenders, and project developers
Ensure compliance with regulations and company governance standards

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Investment Manager Should Have

A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
5-8 years of experience in investment management, project finance, or M&A
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel proficiency)
Knowledge of renewable energy and Philippine energy regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage due diligence and complex transactions
Strategic thinking with a results-driven and detail-oriented mindset
