Reporting Line: Intermediary Partners Operations Manager

Position Accountability Statement

  • Plans and executes predefined monthly activities for the Agency Force
  • Manages the fulfillment of target initiatives for agent validation and retention

Job Description

  • Responds to intermediary partners’ emails, calls, or texts (general inquiries and requests)
  • Facilitates the meet and greet of newly coded agency leaders with the sales handlers
  • Defines and carries out projects for the agency force
  • Collaborates and attends agency unit engagements or general assemblies
  • Coordinates the procurement of marketing paraphernalia for agency rewards and prizes
  • Arranges focused group discussion with the core AUH committee
  • Facilitates the awarding of agency incentives during agency kick-off or year end thanksgiving
  • Administers business opportunity presentations and interviews
  • Conducts recruitment activities by partnering with different organizations and joining job fairs or recruitment-related events
  • Facilitates and implements agency activities or initiatives
  • Prepares and organizes agency-related events
  • Every so often does Recruitment Activation Initiatives

  • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM Educational Level And Background Required By This POSITION

  • College graduate of 4, 5 year-course.
  • EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

PERIOD OF TIME OR LENGTH of related experience the CANDIDATE must acquire before being

assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL supervision:

  • Has two to four years of relevant experience
  • SKILLS REQUIREMENT
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare reports and presentation materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has effective planning and organizational skills
  • Exhibits critical and analytical thinking skills
