Inspector Architect - Dumaguete

Seeking an experienced Inspector Architect to ensure compliance with standards and specifications throughout a new airport development project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural and structural inspections on-site
• Verify compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
• Prepare inspection reports and identify non-conformances
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years in architectural inspection or construction quality assurance
• Proven experience on large infrastructure projects (airports, transportation, or similar)
• Professional Architecture License preferred
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
• Proficiency in CAD and project management tools
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Preferably based in Dumaguete, or open to relocating.
