• Endpoint Security (extensive experience)
• Firewall Management, Network Security, Cybersecurity Risk (working knowledge)
• Cloud Security, Change Control, Directory Services, etc.
  
  

• Managing and securing IT infrastructure (e.g., firewall, endpoint, network security)
• Handling change control processes and production environment updates
• Monitoring capacity, performance, and system security
• Supporting cybersecurity risk management and audits
• Ensure security infrastructure is properly configured and optimized
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with IT and Network teams to embed security in initiatives
• Review and assess cybersecurity service requests and changes
• Develop Methods of Procedure (L3) and present for approval (CCB/CAB)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in security systems and components
• Investigate security breaches and determine root causeProvide expert guidance on cybersecurity, risk, and compliance
• Test and deploy priority or special projectsLead disaster recovery drills and improve recovery processes
