As an Influencer Growth and Content Strategist, you will design, execute, and analyze growth strategies that amplify the reach and engagement of multiple creators. This role requires a proactive approach to relationship-building, content planning, and performance tracking to maximize creators growth potential on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Role Overview

You will manage creator onboarding, develop viral content strategies, and oversee daily content activities to ensure creators maintain quality and adhere to schedules. You will analyze trends and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous growth for each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Communication: Conduct regular calls with creators to understand their niches, hobbies, and traits, establishing strong relationships.
• Content Strategy & Research: Develop 3-5 viral content concepts per creator based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Content Plan Development: Create comprehensive content calendars and action plans for creators, focusing on engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Daily Management: Oversee the content creation process, ensuring adherence to schedules and maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct regular check-ins and provide feedback.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including views, engagement, and conversions. Adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, implementing necessary adjustments to maximize creator growth.
  
  
  

• Influencer and Content Creation Experience: Proven experience working with influencers or content creators, with a strong focus on social media growth and content strategy.
• Social Media Account Management: Expertise in managing and growing accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube through organic strategies.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to use data to optimize content performance.
