Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational company in their search for a Industrial Fluid Valve Sales Engineer based in Manila, Philippines.

Salary Range: up to ₱150,000 with a commission structure as well

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Metro Manila

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Development and Customer Development
    • Research and analyze the Philippine valve market dynamics, industry trends, potential demand and competitors, formulate detailed market development plans and strategies, and clarify the target market and customer groups.
    • Through participating in international industry exhibitions, seminars, online promotion, customer recommend and other channels, actively seek potential customers, expand business channels, establish new customer relationships, and complete customer development goals.
    • To have an in-depth understanding of potential customers, analyze their demand characteristics, provide customers with professional valve product solutions, and promote business cooperation intentions into actual orders.
  • Sales Business Execution
    • Responsible for business negotiations with Philippine customers, accurately grasp customer needs, flexibly use sales skills, strive for favorable cooperation terms, sign sales contracts, and ensure that the companys interests are maximized.
    • According to customer orders, interface with the companys headquarters, follow up the progress of order execution, and ensure that products are delivered to customers on time, according to quality and quantity.
    • Timely handle the problems and complaints raised by customers during the use of products, and cooperate with the technical support team to provide effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that the order payment is recovered on time
  • Customer Relationship Maintenance
    • Analyze customers back tone, establish and improve customer files, visit customers regularly, understand customer feedback on products, solve customer problems in time, and establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations.
    • Provide old customers with new product information, technology upgrades and other value-added services, tap the potential needs of customers, and promote customer secondary purchase and business development.
    • Actively collect customer suggestions on the companys products and services, feedback to the head of the headquarters valve business, to assist the company to optimize products and services, enhance market competitiveness.
  • Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Regularly collect, collate and analyze sales data, including sales volume, sales volume, customer distribution, market share, etc., to provide data support for sales strategy adjustment and company decision-making.
    • Write sales work reports, including sales performance completion, market dynamic analysis, customer development and maintenance, etc., report work progress and problems to superior leaders, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
What Were Looking For

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree. A major in international trade, business English, mechanical engineering, marketing, or anything related is preferred.
  • At least 8 years sales experience of valve products in Philippines market, familiar with international sales process and market rules.
  • In-depth understanding of the working principle of industrial fluid valve products, performance characteristics, application areas and other professional knowledge, to provide customers with professional technical advice and solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills, must be familiar with valve English terminology
  • Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT), able to produce professional sales documents, data analysis reports and presentation materials.
  • Have strong market analysis ability, sales skills and business negotiation ability, can effectively develop the market, maintain customer relations, achieve sales goals.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, work actively, pay attention to details, the pursuit of excellence, can withstand greater work pressure.
  • Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the companys headquarters sales staff and Filipino customers.
  • Have strong learning ability and adaptability, can quickly understand the industry trends and new product knowledge, adapt to the Chinese work culture.
  • With keen market insight and analysis ability, can accurately grasp the market trend and customer demand, formulate effective sales strategy.
  • Have strong problem-solving ability and adaptability, be able to solve problems quickly in the complex and changeable market environment, and deal with various emergencies.
