About The Role

Were on the lookout for an analytical and forward-thinking Import-Export Officer to join our Supply Services team at Reckitt. Youll be the brains behind the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring they reach our customers quickly and efficiently. Your day-to-day impact on our supply chain will directly contribute to the satisfaction of millions who trust our leading consumer health and hygiene brands. Your responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, brokers, and shipping lines.
• Verify import and export shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB) for accuracy and customs compliance.
• Track daily shipment status and maintain importation monitoring records.Validate duties, tariffs, conversions, and cargo weight/volume based on official documents.
• Prepare required documents such as container guarantees, company guarantees, arrival notices, and authorization letters.
• Consolidate and submit complete import documents to brokers/forwarders for BOC processing and ensure duties/taxes are paid.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with consignees and warehouse teams; oversee unloading and return of empty containers.
• Process supplier invoices, OA/DA applications, brokerage billings, and liaise with Finance/AP for invoice issues and payments.
• Handle accreditation renewals (Export, Import, BAI, BPI), marine insurance, claims for damaged goods, and shipment abandonment amendments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly logistics reports and support budget planning, billing resolution, and PO creation for forwarders/brokers.
  
  

The experience were looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration or related field
• With in-depth understanding on Importation and Exportation process and requirements (Air and Sea)
• Knowledgeable of duties and taxes computation and basic costing; import and export procedures and basic customs regulation and processing procedure
• At least 3 years experienced handling import exportation lead role, including filing and managing of claims
• Highly proficient in the use and application of MS Excel. Powerpoint and other data base software
• Knowledgeable and with experience in using integrated Planning System, particularly SAP
• With basic knowledge and understanding in Supply Chain process and operation
