Implementation Specialist (NetSuite / ERP Implementation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Implementation Specialist with experience in NetSuite and/or ERP implementations to support the successful deployment, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems. This role will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configure solutions, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end NetSuite and ERP implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
• Work with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions and workflows.
• Assist with NetSuite configuration, including workflows, forms, roles, permissions, fields, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
• Assist with testing, including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, process maps, requirements, and configuration records.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical and functional teams.
• Provide training, demonstrations, and user support during implementation and post-go-live.
• Monitor implementation timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist with change management and adoption of new ERP processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and ERP functionality.
• Provide ongoing NetSuite/ERP support and optimization after implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in NetSuite, ERP implementation, business systems, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation or administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, particularly accounting, finance, order management, inventory, procurement, or project management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, testing, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator certification or relevant NetSuite certifications.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, or other NetSuite tools.
• Experience with ERP integrations and third-party applications.
• Experience working with accounting and finance teams.
• Consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
• Experience with system documentation, process mapping, and change management.
